Winchester Film Festival
I was commissioned by the Winchester Film Festival to create content for their website and social media. I oversaw the editing of the film night promotional content, then produced and carried out interviews with the cast and crew of selected films. I edited these interviews myself with support from an assistant editor.
I led the production of all content featured on the festival’s Instagram and website in March 2024, including social media edits used to promote the films ahead of their screening nights.

These are a series of interviews I produced, edited, and organised for the Winchester Film Festival. I worked with both the festival team and the university’s film department, serving as Assistant Director and later as the Marketing Lead from November 2022 to March 2024.
In 2024, I took on the marketing management role more extensively and led the production of this interview series, which I later reformatted for social media. Previously, the interviews were hosted only on the website with limited engagement. I initiated the shift to social media promotion, which resulted in significantly higher interaction and reach.
During my time as Marketing Lead, I focused on raising the festival’s public profile, particularly for the 2024 edition. My goal was to build stronger connections with audiences and ensure that the work of the filmmakers reached a wider community. I concluded my role in March 2024, after helping establish a more proactive, audience-focused marketing approach for the festival.

Working with the Winchester Film Festival for nearly two years has been an incredible experience. It gave me the chance to grow creatively, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to a project I truly believe in. I’m proud of everything we achieved—and I look forward to collaborating with them again in the future, whenever they may need me.
